Shipping is free to the continental USA, for other locations please enter your address at checkout to see your shipping rates. Shipping charges will be variable for international orders and outlying US territories/states.
How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically ship same day day if placed before 2:00pm MST. We ship Monday to Friday. You will get a tracking number to help monitor the location.

Yes, you can return your Stairwedge within the first 30 days if you’re in the US. Please reach out to us for assistance. A restocking fee will apply to all returns, and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label to make the process easier. I have been trying to solve the problem of a 2 story house with 3 dachshunds for a year. I was so happy to find the Stairwedge, and ordered enough for my staircase. It took a bit under a week for my dogs to master it. They run up and down all day long, probably because it is so new. Going down is a bit trickier, but going up is super easy for them all. They are nicely made, and look great on the stairs. Definitely worth the cost, to keep their spines safe, and so I do not have to carry them all upstairs!
These stairwedges surpassed my expectations in quality and functionality. They are exactly what I needed for my dogs. Also the customer service this company provides is excellent! My 9 year old French Bulldog recently had spinal surgery and can no longer use the stairs in our house. The Stairwedge solved that problem for us. It was easy to train her to use the Stairwedge and now she can go up and down the steps on her own.
I ordered these in hopes of using them for our class A coach unfortunately they don’t fit quality of the product is top notch
I can’t say enough about the freedom I have now because of the Stairwedge. I have a 10 week old Mini Dachshund puppy and he uses them like a champion. I don’t have to carry him with my laundry anymore. He used the stairs by himself after showing him how to use them once. They will last a lifetime indoors.
