Shipping is free to the continental USA, for other locations please enter your address at checkout to see your shipping rates. Shipping charges will be variable for international orders and outlying US territories/states.
How long will it take to get my order?
While different factors could impact travel time of shipment, most US orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days.
Orders typically ship same day day if placed before 2:00pm MST. We ship Monday to Friday. You will get a tracking number to help monitor the location.

Yes, you can return your Stairwedge within the first 30 days if you’re in the US. Please reach out to us for assistance. A restocking fee will apply to all returns, and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label to make the process easier. Please note: International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

I have a little dachshund mix who had back trouble about 6 years ago and had surgery. Well now he’s having trouble on the stairs. I’ve been looking for something like your product for, well, about 6 years. But it’s just too steep for the little guy. My other dog who has never had back trouble will use it. The two are littermates, so these may be perfect if your dog hasn’t had back troubles or younger dogs. Mine are 11 years old by the way.
This is compact enough not to take the whole staircase away, but big enough for dachshund use! Easy to train on and stays in place even without the provided sticky material. I did not use those as I want them to be seamlessly removable when we are entertaining. My younger dog took to using it pretty quickly with a little positive reinforcement training! I also love the black grip, makes it easy to tell where the steps are and where the ramp is!
Excellent customer service answered all my questions
This has been such a positive experience. I received my order and excitedly placed all the wedges. Trying to get my pup to use the wedges was harder than I thought. I contacted customer service thinking I would return the product. They offered a refund but also offered more training tips. The customer service was amazing, going back and forth with suggestions and tips. The wedge is a great concept and great addition for little dogs to have independent access up and down stairs. And the customer service made this a wonderful experience
Our Chihuahua can go down the stairs fairly well, but has difficulty going up. She has a hard time getting her paws planted on the blocks so she can go up. It’s very difficult for her.
