The Stairwedge is **10 inches long**, along the base, which fits the most common stair length (where your foot steps).
Stairwedge is **6 inches tall**, which means it will work for most stair height, which are 7 inches tall.
Stairwedge is **9 inches wide**, which allows plenty of space for those using the stairs.
Will you train?
Before you buy the Stairwedge, keep in mind your furry friend will need a bit of doggy patience as you train them. It's a learning adventure, filled with love, treats, and encouragement. Don't worry, we will send you a training guide after purchase!

How many wedges do I need?
The StairWedge is designed to fit any staircase length. You'll need one wedge per step, plus one for the base of your stairs.
We offer 5-packs and individual wedges, allowing you to choose the right quantity for your staircase
Will I receive free shipping?
Shipping is free to the continental USA, for other locations please enter your address at checkout to see your shipping rates.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship same day if placed before 2:00pm MST, or otherwise will go out next day. We ship everyday of the week. All orders are shipped via UPS.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders in the USA will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. You will receive a tracking number to help monitor the location, which will be provided in your confirmation email.
Where are you shipping from?
USA & international orders ship from our warehouse in Utah.
Can I return the Stairwedge?
Yes, you can return your Stairwedge within 30 days of purchase. For over 30 days, please reach out to us. You will need to cover shipping costs for the return. The most common return reason: "Dog wouldn't use it." Don't return the product too soon. We encourage you to be patient as they learn to work with this new innovative way of climbing stairs. Dogs use the easiest method to perform a task, even climbing stairs! We can assure you, they will use it.
Do you ship overseas?

Do international orders pay duties and fees?
International orders, depending on the country, will likely have some sort of import duty or tax due upon delivery which is the responsibility of the customer.
