PART 2 — PRODUCT USE TERMS (STAIRWEDGE™ TERMS OF USE)

1. INTENDED USE

StairWedge™ is designed specifically for pets using standard stairs.
Not intended for:

  • Human use

  • Commercial use

  • Permanent stair modification

  • Wet, damaged, uneven, or unstable surfaces

2. SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • Always supervise pets during use

  • Remove when not actively needed

  • Ensure secure placement before each use

  • Use in well-lit areas

  • Outdoor use may void warranty; contact support@stairwedge.com for details

3. WARNING: TRIP & FALL HAZARD

  • Not designed for human foot traffic

  • Improper use may result in injury

  • Use at your own risk

  • Using StairWedge™ implies full acceptance of these terms

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using StairWedge™, you accept responsibility for all risks, including injury or damage caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Pet behavior

5. DISCLAIMER

StairWedge™ is not a medical device. Consult a veterinarian for pets with health or mobility issues.

6. WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

We offer a Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty is void if the product is:

  • Misused

  • Improperly installed

  • Exposed to moisture

  • Modified

  • Purchased from an unauthorized seller

A 30-day return policy is available under our Returns Policy.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or injuries arising from misuse.

PART 3 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & FINAL CLAUSES

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

StairWedge™ is a trademark of Jaamb Enterprise LLC.
All intellectual property—including design, branding, trade dress, imagery, descriptions, and marketing materials—is owned exclusively by StairWedge™.

Patent Protection

  • Design Patent: A U.S. Design Patent has received a Notice of Allowance, confirming approval and enforceability.

  • Utility Patent: StairWedge™ has an active Utility Patent Pending with retroactive enforcement upon issuance.

Prohibited Actions

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, distribution, manufacturing, or sale of products resembling or copying StairWedge™ is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement

StairWedge™ enforces its IP rights aggressively, including:

  • Marketplace takedowns

  • Cease & Desist notices

  • Legal action seeking damages, lost profits, and attorney’s fees

2. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
