How many wedges do I need?
The StairWedge is designed to fit most staircase length. You'll need one wedge per step, plus one for the base of your stairs.
We offer 5-packs and individual wedges, allowing you to choose the right quantity for your staircase
Will I receive free shipping?
Shipping is free to the continental USA, for other locations please enter your address at checkout to see your shipping rates. Shipping charges will be variable for international orders and outlying US territories/states.
How long will it take to get my order?
While different factors could impact travel time of shipment, most US orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days.
Orders typically ship same day day if placed before 2:00pm MST. We ship Monday to Friday. You will get a tracking number to help monitor the location.
International orders (outside the US) have longer delivery times, you can view your international delivery times when you enter your address at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I train my dog to use the Stairwedge?
Introducing your dog to the Stairwedge may take a little time and patience, but with some simple steps, most dogs will quickly adapt. Consistency is key—practice daily, and soon, your dog will feel comfortable and confident!

Can I return the Stairwedge?
Yes, you can return your Stairwedge within the first 30 days if you’re in the US. Please reach out to us for assistance. A restocking fee will apply to all returns, and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label to make the process easier. Please note: International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
If you’re considering a return because your dog isn’t using the Stairwedge, we encourage you to give it some time. Dogs often need a little patience and training to get used to this innovative way of climbing stairs. Before returning, check out our helpful training guide.
