Shipping & Returns Policy 

Returns — 30-Day Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

Yes, you may return your StairWedge™ within 30 days of delivery for eligible purchases. To begin a return, email us at Support@StairWedge.com

All Return Labels provided are USPS.

  • Return shipping, inspection, and restocking fees apply to all approved returns.
  • Refund is applied after inspection and will take 2-5 business days to process on the original payment method.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, which covers the full fee noted below, for your convenience.  StairWedge™ 5pack boxes are heavy at 17lbs.

Shipping Costs

We charge a standard flat shipping rate.  Shipping cost for each 5pack box ranges from $23 to $28 based on shipping destination.  By charging a standard flat fee, we simplify the shipping experience and help save you money.

  • 5-Pack Box - 17lbs: $14.99 flat rate
  • Single StairWedge - 3.5lbs: $4.99 flat rate
  • Bundle to Save - Flat rate shipping cost is reduced when buying bundle of 5packs and Singles.  Cost calculated at checkout.

Restocking Fees (includes shipping)

  • 5-Pack Box: $30 ship/inspect/restocking fee per box
  • Single StairWedge: $10 ship/inspect/restocking fee per box

If you need more time to work with your dog, just tell us — we’re happy to help.

Why is there a return shipping charge?

  • Return fee covers shipping cost, inspection, re-box, re-stocking.

Ineligible for Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

1. Refurbished Flat Surface StairWedge™ (Final Sale)

All refurbished units are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund. These items are excluded from the 30-day return window.  Listings titled (Refurbished) apply

2. Custom Discount Codes (Final Sale)

Orders purchased with a discount of 25% or greater, including custom, promotional, influencer, or exclusive discount codes, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund.

Discounted pricing reflects final sale conditions and reduced eligibility for returns.

This policy helps us maintain special promotional pricing and ensures fair access to limited-use discounts.  Custom code requests are reviewed on individual case basis.


Shipping Information

When Do We Ship?

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST typically ship same day.
Orders placed after this time ship the next business day.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


How Long Does Shipping Take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on carrier speed, distance, and regional factors.


Where Do Orders Ship From?

All U.S. orders ship from our warehouses in California and Utah


International Orders

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Final Sale — International Orders

If an international order is placed or shipped through a forwarding service, it is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund and may be subject to cancellation.

Import Duties & Taxes

International buyers (through third-party forwarding services) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.


Shipping Addresses & Corrections

We ship to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Additional fees may apply for reshipping

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement and dealt with on individual case basis.
