Shipping and Returns

When do we ship your order?

We do not ship on the weekends. Most orders ship the same day if placed before 3:00pm PST, or otherwise will go out next day. We use multiple shipping carriers, once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

While different factors could impact travel time of shipment, most orders usually arrive within 3-7 days. You will get a tracking number to help monitor the location.

Where are you shipping from?

USA & international orders ship from our warehouse in Utah.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! Enter your address at checkout to see your shipping rate.

Please note that all international orders are final sale, and we do not accept returns on these orders. Be sure to check your country’s customs policies before placing your order to avoid any surprises.

Are there duties and fees?

International orders (outside the US), depending on the country, will likely have some sort of import duty or tax due upon delivery and which is responsibility of the customer.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, when your order ships you'll receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Can I return the Stairwedge?

Yes, for US orders, you can return your StairWedge within the first 30 days. Please reach out to us at Support@Stairwedge.com for assistance. A restocking fee will apply to all returns, and we will provide you with a return shipping label to make the process easier.

If your return is because your dog won’t use the StairWedge, we encourage you to give it some time. Dogs often need a little patience and training to get used to this innovative way of climbing stairs. Before returning, CLICK HERE to check out our helpful training guide.
