StairWedge™ aggressively protects all aspects of its intellectual property worldwide.
Our product designs, proprietary configurations, trademarks, and marketing assets are protected under U.S. and international IP law, including design patents, utility patents, and registered trademarks.

Unauthorized use of any kind will be pursued swiftly, decisively, and without exception.

U.S. & Worldwide Patent Protection

Design Patent (U.S. & International Priority)

StairWedge™ is protected by a U.S. Design Patent
This confirms the design has been fully examined, approved, and is enforceable now under U.S. law.

Any imitation or replication of the patented ornamental features — including wedge geometry, contours, and stair-edge interface — constitutes infringement and is subject to full legal action.

This protection extends globally under international treaty priority.

Once issued, full patent protection applies retroactively to the original filing date.
Any unauthorized sales occurring after publication may owe retroactive damages.

StairWedge™ is a registered and actively enforced trademark worldwide.

Unauthorized use—including confusing variations such as “Stair Wedge,” “Stair-Ramp Wedge,” "Stair Wedge" or derivative phrasing—is strictly prohibited under:

  • U.S. Trademark Law

  • The Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §§1114, 1125)

StairWedge™ branding, trade dress, and product naming conventions are globally protected.

Scope of Protected Intellectual Property

All IP owned by StairWedge™ / Jaamb Enterprise LLC is exclusively protected, including:

  • Patented product designs
  • Published utility patent claims
  • Global trademarks
  • Product images, videos, descriptions, and written marketing content
  • Packaging, trade dress, and display materials
  • Proprietary wedge geometries and configurations
  • Functional use-case implementations

Strictly Prohibited:

  • Manufacturing copycat or look-alike versions
  • Selling any unlicensed derivative
  • Using “StairWedge” or confusingly similar names
  • Using our photos, videos, or descriptions
  • Listing products designed to confuse consumers
  • Importing infringing goods into the U.S. (a federal violation)

StairWedge™ continuously monitors all major global marketplaces including Amazon, Etsy, Temu, Alibaba, AliExpress, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok, eBay, Wish, Rakuten, Chewy, and others.

Licensing & Authorization Opportunities

Legitimate companies may request authorization to:

  • Manufacture
  • Sell
  • Distribute
  • Private-label
  • Globally represent StairWedge™–protected IP

Licensing structures may include:

  • Retroactive fees for past unauthorized sales
  • Ongoing monthly licensing fees
  • Per-platform licensing fees (charged separately for each marketplace)
  • Manufacturing agreements
  • Distribution rights (U.S. or worldwide)

Companies currently selling unlicensed or derivative versions should contact us immediately to avoid further escalation.
Retroactive infringement assessments may apply from the date of their first commercial sale.

Enforcement Policy

StairWedge™ enforces its intellectual property rights aggressively and without exception, including:

  • Immediate takedown requests on all platforms
  • Formal cease & desist notifications
  • Federal legal action for design and utility patent infringement
  • Claims under the Lanham Act for trademark misuse
  • Retroactive monetary damages
  • Disgorgement of profits
  • Import seizures
  • Attorney’s fees
  • Injunctions

All enforcement applies to U.S.-based and foreign sellers, including manufacturers in China, regardless of physical location.

Notice to Sellers

Only parties with a signed authorization from Jaamb Enterprise LLC may:

  • Sell genuine StairWedge™ products or similarities
  • Use StairWedge™ trademarks
  • Manufacture or distribute StairWedge™-based designs or functional use

Unlicensed listings will be:

  • Reported
  • Removed
  • Pursued for retroactive damages

Marketplace takedowns do not eliminate liability.

Protecting Customers & the Brand

These enforcement actions exist to ensure:

  • All pets receive safe, properly designed products
  • Consumers avoid low-quality knockoffs
  • StairWedge™ maintains its innovation and quality standards

Unauthorized sellers undermine consumer safety — and they will be removed.
