StairWedge™ Terms of Use

By purchasing, accessing, or using StairWedge™ (“Product”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms govern all use of the Product and all related materials, including trademarks, patents, branding, and intellectual property.

1. Intended Use

StairWedge™ is designed exclusively for pets navigating standard indoor residential stairs.

The Product is not designed for:

  • Human use

  • Commercial or industrial environments

  • Outdoor or uneven surfaces

Improper placement or misuse may result in injury.

2. Safety Guidelines

To ensure safe and proper use:

  • Always supervise pets while the Product is in use

  • Remove StairWedge™ when not actively needed

  • Verify the Product is securely positioned against the stair edge before every use

  • Do not use StairWedge™ on wet, damaged, unstable, or irregular stairs

Failure to follow safety instructions voids all warranties.

3. Assumption of Risk

Use of StairWedge™ is at the user’s sole risk. By using the Product, you accept full responsibility for:

  • Any injury or harm to pets, people, or property

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Failure to supervise pets

Jaamb Enterprise, LLC assumes no liability for accidents, slips, or falls resulting from misuse or failure to follow the guidelines.

4. Warranty & Return Policy

A 30-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty is void if:

  • The Product is used outside intended guidelines

  • It is altered, modified, or damaged

  • It is purchased from an unauthorized seller or third party

Unauthorized sellers are not approved distributors of StairWedge™ and may not offer genuine products or valid warranties.

Custom Discount Codes — Final Sale Policy

Orders placed using custom, promotional, influencer, or exclusive discount codes may be designated as FINAL SALE.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects covered under the limited warranty.

By applying a discount code at checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Final sale items cannot be returned for refund or credit

  • All sales using custom or promotional codes are considered non-returnable

  • Warranty claims for manufacturing defects remain valid

This policy is enforced to prevent misuse of promotional pricing and protect the integrity of limited discounts.

5. Intellectual Property, Trademarks & Patents

StairWedge™ is a trademark of Jaamb Enterprise, LLC, and all brand elements—including the name, logo, product images, descriptions, marketing materials, and trade dress—are protected under U.S. trademark and intellectual property law.

Design Patent

A U.S. Design Patent for StairWedge™ has received an official Notice of Allowance, confirming approval and enforceability. Copying the design, shape, appearance, or ornamental features is strictly prohibited.

Utility Patent

The StairWedge™ Utility Patent is currently patent pending. Upon issuance, it will be retroactively enforceable to the original filing date. Unauthorized reproduction, functional replication, or derivative works will be subject to full legal action.

Any unauthorized sale, reproduction, imitation, or misrepresentation of StairWedge™ is considered infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of U.S. law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jaamb Enterprise, LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Injuries resulting from improper use, unsafe installation, or lack of pet supervision

  • Use of the Product outside the instructions provided

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability is expressly disclaimed.

7. Licensing & Authorized Sellers

Only sellers who have received explicit written authorization from Jaamb Enterprise, LLC may distribute genuine StairWedge™ products.

Any seller without written authorization is considered unauthorized and may face enforcement actions.
